PhD title

I have decided upon a title for my PhD: "A General Theory of Communal
Property Rights." This, of course, is a homage to John Maynard Keynes'
canonical text. Much of my work developing from my doctorate will also
form a subsiderary text, "An Argument for Extended Protections of
Aborigial Iconography under the Copyright and Aboriginal Heritage Acts."
